This NS-DWH100 Double Wall Paper Cup Machine is a fully automated machine which works on the principle of open cam mechanism with gear transmission technology. This machine automatically lubricates various parts of machine which reduces friction and maintains longevity of machine. It performs a series of functions that includes paper fan/sleeve feeding, forming shape by sealing, glue spraying, cup insertion and fixing sleeve around the cup. This machine has various photo electric sensors that detects default in the system.

Process of Cup Formation

1. Automatic Paper Feeding

The machine automatically feeds pre-cut paper sheets or rolls into the system, ensuring a smooth and continuous production process.

2. Cup Forming & Sealing

The paper is shaped into a basic cup structure, and the side seams are securely sealed using a high-precision bonding process for durability.

3. Ripple Wall Wrapping

An extra layer of corrugated or ripple paper is wrapped and sealed around the formed cup, providing enhanced insulation and grip for hot beverages.

4. Lubrication & Quality Check

The automatic lubrication system reduces friction and wear on machine components, while an integrated quality control system checks for defects in the finished cups.

5. Stacking & Collection

The completed ripple wall cups are automatically stacked and collected, making them ready for packaging and distribution to coffee shops, fast food outlets, and beverage businesses.
