Nessco Roll Die Cutting Machine is based on the principle of Pressure Control. Whole procedure of Cutting and Punching is carried using advanced technology which ensures high stability and high precision in cut-outs. The managed coordination between stepping motor and photoelectric eye can identify colours which then assures the perfect position of the paper die-cutting position and figures. One can simply set the feed length through the micro-computer controller to die-cut the products without words and figures. Process of Die Cutting

1. Paper Feeding

Roll of paper is fed into the die-cutting machine.

2. Die Cutting and Embossing

The machine applies pressure to a die (Special embossing and cutting wooden die), embossing &cutting the paper into specific shapes

3. Blanking

After cutting, the paper sheet is removed from the die, leaving the individual cut-out shapes (blanks).

4. Stripping

The "scrap" or extra paper around the blanks is either manually removed or separated using a stripping machine.

5. Output

The resulting output is a sheet of paper with the desired cut-out shapes, ready for the next stages like forming and gluing
