Process of Box Formation

1. Automatic Paper Feeding

The machine starts by automatically feeding single PE-coated paper sheets into the production system. This step ensures a smooth and continuous supply of raw material without manual intervention.

2. Heating with Hot Air Generation

The paper sheets pass through a built-in hot air generator, which evenly heats the material. This heating process softens the coated paper, making it flexible enough for molding into the desired lunch box shape.

3. Hot Press Forming

Once heated, the paper is pressed into molds using hot press forming technology. This step shapes the paper into sturdy, disposable lunch boxes or food packaging boxes with precise dimensions and a strong structure.

4. Automatic Counting & Collection

After forming, the finished lunch boxes are automatically counted and stacked in an organized manner. This step enhances efficiency by reducing the need for manual sorting and improving the speed of production.

5. Microcomputer-Controlled Operation & Output

The entire process is managed by an advanced microcomputer control system, ensuring accurate production, energy efficiency, and stable machine performance. The final lunch boxes are then collected, ready for packaging and distribution.
