Process of Paper Cone Cup Formation

1. Paper Feeding

The machine automatically feeds paper sheets into the system.

2. Shaping & Sealing

The paper is shaped into a cone and sealed with Robatech glue technology.

3. Cutting

After printing, the paper rolls are sent to the cutting machine, where they are precisely cut into flat, fan-shaped pieces known as blanks. These blanks will form the body of the paper cup. Accurate cutting is critical to ensure that the pieces fit together perfectly during the forming stage, avoiding any gaps or misalignment.

4. Curling

The cone edges are curled using the Water Paper Cone Curling Machine.

5. Stacking & Collection

The finished cones are collected and stacked for packaging.
