Process of Straw Formation

Feeding Paper Reels

Pre-cut, food-grade kraft paper reels are loaded into the machine. Multiple layers of paper are fed together, with a water-based adhesive applied to bond them securely.

Tube Formation

The adhesive-coated paper is wound around a mandrel in a spiral pattern to form a continuous tube. The machine ensures precision in alignment and glue application for a smooth and sturdy tube.

Drying

There is no inherent drying system, the tube dries sufficiently during the layering and tube formation process. For further drying, drying oven can be used.

Cutting Mechanism

Rotary blades ensure precise, clean cuts with uniform straw lengths.

Collection

The finished straws are automatically collected through conveyor system
