Process of Packing Formation

1. Lid Feeding

Paper lids are collected from the forming machine and aligned into stacks or rows. These stacks are automatically transferred to the feeding conveyor in an inline configuration.

2. Pouch Formation

Flexible packaging film (polyethylene or similar) is unrolled and fed into the packing machine. The film is formed into a tube with vertical sealing, ready to hold the lids.

3. Lid Insertion

The stacked paper lids are inserted into the film pouch through a controlled system. Lids are aligned properly to ensure uniform placement inside the pouch.

4. Sealing the Pack

The top of the pouch is sealed using horizontal heat sealing, ensuring a secure closure. Both vertical and horizontal sealing ensure the lid pack is airtight and well-secured.
