Process of Slitting
1. Paper Roll Loading
Load the large paper roll onto the machine.
2. Paper Unwinding
The reel is unwound, feeding the paper into the slitting section.
3. Alignment and Tension Control
Ensure the paper is aligned properly and tensioned to avoid wrinkles and ensure even cutting.
4. Slitting Blades Activation
Rotating blades or knives cut the paper into narrower strips according to the set width.
5. Rewinding
The cut strips are wound onto separate smaller reels or spindles.
6. Finished Reel Output
The final, slit paper strips are ready for further processing, such as paper cup bottom formation.
